Today, we decided it was time to change the look of the theme and give a new feel. We're feeling this new theme to be honest. It just looks 100 times better than the previous themes. We would love to hear what you think about the new avedoofficial.com. We have noticed that when users click a link on twitter and they attempt to navigate the website while the 'twitter browser' is open they will see that the menu doesn't open; not to worry, all you have to do is open the link in either safari or chrome. We can always change back if you dislike the theme, get in touch. Come on everybody, it's time to get into the festive spirit and Starbucks are going to kick that off. Starbucks are now re introducing their annual red Christmas cups and their delicious festive flavors.
What do you enjoy the most at Starbucks? How to deal with loss. Losing someone is horrid especially someone who means so much to you.27/10/2015
Currently, 1.9 million youngsters under age 18 (or more than 2 percent of American children) have lost one or both parents. (U. S. Social Security Administration, as reported in the Chicago Tribune Magazine, 7-18-99)
Losing someone is hard, honestly. I know how it feels; it makes you sick to your stomach you feel as if you've lost some part of your heart. Loss is natural you start to overthink your time with that loved one, kids are more than likely to grief most over an animal that is deceased as that animal has played a big part in their life, older young people will grief over a loved one for example their Nan, granddad or anyone in the family who spends most time with them. The thought of losing my Mom frightens the living day lights out of me. My mother plays a massive part in my life from looking after me to being a cushion to land on when ive been pushed down. The thing is once a loved one has passed you have to think, they're feeling much better and whatever was happening to them has stopped and they are at peace. You can also think that they are always in your heart and will always offer guidance. "A parent's death usually makes a severe impact on a child, research shows. After losing a parent, 85% of children exhibit such symptoms as difficulty sleeping, angry outbursts, worry, depression, bed-wetting, and thumb-sucking. After a year, more regressive behaviors may fade, but other problems, such as lack of confidence and preoccupation with illness, are likely to continue. - http://www.griefspeaks.com/id113.html In the U.S., 8 million people suffered through the death of someone in their immediate family last year; 800,000 new widows and widowers; 400,000 people under 25 suffered from the death of a loved one" Help and support - NHS UK Your GP surgery is always a good place to start. They can give you advice about other support services, refer you to a counsellor if appropriate and prescribe medication, if needed. Your GP also has contact details for support groups in your area. Alternatively, you can contact support organisations directly, such as Cruse Bereavement Care (0844 477 9400) or the Samaritans (0845 790 9090). Halloween is one of my favorite events of the year, it comes close to Christmas. I love the fact that I can dress up go out to party's and enjoy a lovely night out with my friends & family. It's also good for young people who can also dress up and go trick or treating and get loads of sweats.
Halloween is for absolutely anyone, you can never grow out of Halloween. No matter how old you are you can still enjoy your night. Whats your favorite reason why you like Halloween? What are you dressing up as for Halloween we would love to know. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being Johnny Depp, 1 being Kane Larkin, I'd say I'm a solid 2.5 without makeup. Like many people I'm basic af. If God existed and created me he'd be like, “A dash of happiness and a sprinkle of toilet humour. Looks? Pahaha nah, I'll make her suffer.”
See here's the thing. In modern day society looks are more important than ever. Everything needs to be FLEEKED. Brows. Butt. Hair. EVERYTHING. And it seems like if you are good looking people find you more appealing. Which is, well… Annoying. Being pushed to the side a little because you do look a little bit weird is something I've experienced a lot. But In the past I took it a little seriously, especially when it escalated to bullying. Being called out for your rolls is not nice, obviously. But I can cry over it, or I can sashay away, hold my head and my many chins up high and focus on what really matters, which of course is me! Look I know I sounds corny saying that, but it's true. Over time looks will fade, In the end we're all gonna look like scrotums, and with my lack of skin care, I'm already half way there. But you know what? This scrotum has talent! This scrotum can make people laugh a little and make them smile, because with me, I've always valued my persona over my extra chins. If I can make someone laugh, or make them feel better, that means a lot. Really. ^u^ Also, looks can go to your head. Being put on a pedestal isn't a bad thing, it depends on what you do with your power, but we all know those people that are really good looking and act like cuntbuckets. BECAUSE THEY CAN. Or at least they think they can. People with their head in the clouds that only see the sun that revolves around them only see what they want, but beneath the overcast that halos their shoulders are the people that they walk over, but because the overcast is so thick, and the sun is so bright. They’re blinded by their own doucheiness. It's a bit sad when you think about it. But I don't allow those people to walk on me. They can underestimate me all they like because my face looks like a knee, but you've gota love the look on their face when you prove them wrong, like, “BAM. SURPRISE BITCH.” Because you've got to admit, proving people wrong can feel good. Especially when the people who judged you only doubted you based you your big nose. So just keep in mind, the world is full of bad and good people. You can't always change the bad, but when you can, or did, it's a bit of a waste of time. When instead of focusing on the bad, why not focus in the good? Who value you, love and care for you no matter how big your waistline is, when all the negative people care about are how you look and nothing else. Priorities are key. After a couple of days of voting we have finally decided to close the voting and to change the logo for avedo. We have kept the font the same however have added an A into a circle. Ok so as most of us know the immigration crisis has been growing over the past few weeks , and many people are getting increasingly agitated due to it but let's just take a few minutes to stop and think , get right down to the root of the problem. Let's imagine your sat at home listening to the radio and you hear words like ' war ' ' Islamic state ' ' terrorism' now you leave for work and you notice on your way to work there's a lot of disturbance on the road you usually take, there's police and soldiers , a woman who you've never met sat at the side of the road crying into the arms of a police officer. You don't know it yet but she just lost her husband and both children in a road side bombing. You start to grow more and more agitated the closer you get to your work and when you arrive you hear people discussing what's happening to your country saying that the might leave they've heard that country's in Europe will take us it might be dangerous you hear someone say.. Someone else says where's the danger at more staying in your homes in the middle of a war or risking it if there's hope of a better life.. Now think If it were your family on the line if it were your country that was at war would you stay at home? Would you stay during the constant bombardment? Witnessing death all around you? Or would you make a break risk everything if there was any hope of you living a life with no violence? As we know everyone is entitled to their own opinion but this is mine ' if someone has an option, a choice of a better life for them and their children why shouldn't they take it? Why shouldn't they risk a journey across some of the most dangerous stretches of water to get to the promised lands. It's just something to think about maybe we should be more lenient there are more ways we can help maybe we should racism and prejudice will always play a part in our society. " I don't want them in my country " but what is a country just a piece of land on an ever changing earth, and as the continents change maybe just maybe we should too.

When a break down in friendship happens it feels like a break up because there were your other half your main half but what you need to know that there is way through stuff , first thing you need to do is realise what caused the argument for example if its about a boy then forget about him because there is other boys who would respect your friendship with your friend and if you're arguing with your boy best friend about his relationship then simple stay out of it and stay you will be there for him if your arguing about people getting involved simple don't let them so now you have realised why the argument now time to solve it now this may seem hard but it is easy lay out your emotions on the table ans explain how you feel and just listen to her or his side and if you cant solve it give it time and if you all hang out together in a group just be civil no hard feelings but the most important thing to do is be respectful and no bitchiness either and look after you before you make any choices Everyone is different. There's no wrong or right answer on how you see yourself, and others. But there is however a clear observation to the fact that whether we like it or not, everyone is and always will be different! It's has always intrigued me, as I'm sure it has many others, on the fact of how individuals within civilisation handle different situations, differently. And this all boils down to who we are as a person.
'Who we are' can mean a million and one different things. It can mean how we choose to look, how we choose to act or just what style of music we choose to listen too. Although we shouldn't be criticised or harassed on how we choose to live our life, these things are chosen and therefore can be changed. But,these are all things that make you who you are! So don't ever change based on others opinions. They mean nothing. Going through life will make you realise that you not only have to accept others for how they are whether they be disabled, religious or gay, you have to be able to accept yourself first. One of life's biggest downfalls is having children be bought up in a society where they grow up believing it's okay to hurt others. Having them grow up in a society that thinks it's acceptable to taunt others because they're not wearing the 'in' clothing, because their flaws are visible or because they're 'different' from that very individual who is punishing. And this happens to everyone, to those giving the threats and to those on the receiving end; everyone hurts, it's a vicious circle. What if what they say is right? What if what they're doing means that it must be right? They're wrong. You need to be able to see yourself as that strong person you are. You need to be able to see yourself being accepting toward others and most of all you need to be able to accept yourself. There are so many things wrong with this world, and the only way we can make it better is to start from the bottom; believing in yourself will make it possible to help others. It will make it possible to be able to help those in need and to boost the self confidence of thousands out there today. Honestly, there are so many problems out there but whats the point in thinking 'I might be able to change that' or 'I might be able to help them'? The only thing that is stopping you from replacing that 'might' with 'I can do it' is failing to see how perfect you are. The biggest backstep people make is crawling back into that shell they had escaped from just because of one bad experience, life is rough! But you just gotta know how to handle situations, I mean everything happens for a reason? And these bad situations and experiences are just life's way of giving you a test, and being able to move forward is you passing! So hey, let's try an see ourselves with hope, love who you are because you're perfect with being that individual whom you want to be. Let's try and be more accepting towards everyone else. If you can accept your own flaws, then you can accept everyone else's too. And if they'd can accept yourself, you should love who you are. Never change, and don't expect others to either.
Everyone's personal comfort, Books!
Everyone has their own personal needs that they know will always comfort them in situations they may feel uncomfortable in, right? I'm pretty sure we can all name a few hundred, at the least! But for this article, I'm going to speak to you about Books! So, we all know reading is undoubtably one of the most popular things in all history and probably will be throughout the remainder of mankind, hopefully. After all, reading is an everyday necessity and no one would be able to go through life without it. I mean, think of it this way, we all have to read ingredients on food labels, price tags and medications ect. We just couldn't live without it! But reading books is a whole different level! Books can be deceived in many different ways by different people, there are millions out there all written and intended for different uses. They help us in ways which we wouldn't even recognise if we had never of picked the book up in the first place! Many find that reading is the only way that they can breathe. The only way they can escape, and the only way they can express their minds without being judged. I strongly believe I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for finding my love for reading books, and I'm pretty sure I can vouch for many others when I say they can be a life changer.mWhen you find that specific genre that pulls you in, you'll begin to find yourself relating to the characters. Relating to their stories, feeling gripped and honestly, it's the best feeling ever. The feeling of being in whole new world where you can rely on characters as if they were real, just that sense of security you lust for in real life! Not only is it a hobby of most, it's also a sneaky way of learning without even, well, learning! There are so many upsides to books, they're incredible. Don't get me wrong, growing up I used to look at a book and think I would never ever read it. I classed them as boring, time wasting and very, very long. Truth be known I was just too lazy to turn the tv off and turn my brain on. Luckily, my interests grew as I had gotten older and I had began reading many books of all genres and honeslty they helped me in so many ways, I don't think I would have gotten through growing up through school without them. And to this day my all time favourite collection will always be 'A Series Of Unfortunate Events'. And yes, like many other bookworms, I too get a little annoyed when the books are compared to movies, because I guarantee the movies are never anything like the books.. Which is kind of frustrating! That all being said, I honestly would recommend reading this collection. It's brilliant. What's your favourite book? Tweet us and let us know!
We think trampolining is an effective way to lose weight. Did you know that doing 10 minutes on the trampoline is equivalent to 30 minutes on a treadmill.
I have been doing the trampoline exercise for nearly a week while also eating healthy too, and I have seen a massive improvement. If you can't do the full half an hour just do 10 minutes and gradually push yourself. I started on 30 minutes then went to 10 minutes back to 30 minutes and honestly I feel much better after doing these exercises. All I do is bounce with my knees up to my chest and then I do a butt bounce basically jumping as high as you can and landing on your bum and you bounce straight back up. Like I said I am seeing a dramatic change in my weight, my stomach is going down increasingly and I am very impressed. Hello everyone, how are you?

This year marks the 1 year anniversary of avedoofficial.com and we wanted to give a statement about our ideas and how well we have come since we decided to open avedoofficial.com.
Avedo was a small inspiring idea that grew. Our CEO once thought avedo to be a forum where members can sign up and ask each other questions. Avedo then transformed. We decided to close down the forum and transform it into the number one source for reviews, news and other interesting things. Thank you for being apart of this journey. Please make sure questions are relevant to discussion. We won't respond to tweets that aren't relevant to discussion.
We like all kinds of discussions and we aim to answer all questions as fast as possible. However they're some questions we won't answer. Why am i addicted to k-pop? Well in this article I am going to answer that question and people who listen to k-pop groups like 2ne1 will most certainly agree with me to why it is so addictive and why I am addicted to it. My K-pop addiction began after watching a World of Warcraft parody by Emberisolte and a collab of World of Warcraft parody artists who did a World of Warcraft parody called "That's why we PVP" and the song they did a parody from was "I am the best" by Korean pop group 2NE1. I listened to the song and instantly fell in love with the beat, it was catchy and after a few watches I could actually sing along to the song. I subscribed to the channel and continued to sing along to their music, and realized how good it was - it became an addiction. Listened to them while I was in the shower, in the car, walking back from work. It took over my life. Even though the songs are not entirely in English you can still have a good dance and you can also sing along which isn't easy but is fun. Have you listened to 2NE1 if so, what do you think of them? Are you blackjacks too? Residents and visitors who decided to visit the largest shopping centers in Dudley witnessed the worst traffic jams ever, as visitors and staff were attempting to get off and onto Merry Hill. Intu did tweet on their official twitter page that they were going to be extensive wait times and congested traffic in Merry Hill today, and they were right. Traffic was horrendous and it took about 15 minutes to find a parking space - traffic control were pointing drivers where to park.
